The History of Edgar the Bear

Well the artist saw a bear and it was drinking from Scotch Creek. So maybe he decided to make a sculpture of him. The reason to me why it is called “Water Break” is because the bear had to take a “break” from his long journey from San Francisco, California to New York, New York. So now he is the bear called, “Edgar the Bear.”
